Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

• Local Delivery (Pakistan): Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days after confirmation.
• International Delivery: For customers outside Pakistan, delivery takes 7 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our guidelines:

• Local Returns (Pakistan): Customers must initiate a return request within 4 to 5 days after receiving the product.
• International Returns: Returns must be requested within 4 to 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs for international orders must be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
